At Cleo Beauty Skin Care, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality services and results. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policy applies to all service packages:

No Refund Policy for Packages

Service packages are offered at a discounted rate compared to individual session pricing. For this reason, all package sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

No refunds will be issued once a package has been purchased, regardless of usage or treatment progress.


Package discounts are applied as a benefit to the client for committing to a series of treatments; therefore, partial refunds for unused sessions are not permitted.

Packages cannot be transferred to another person.

Sessions included in a package must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date will not be refunded or credited.


We encourage clients to discuss any questions, concerns, or treatment expectations with their provider before beginning the package to ensure the best experience and results.

Products

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (like special orders or custom items), and personal care items (like beauty products).

We cannot offer refunds. All sales are final. Cleo Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

Exceptions / Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact info@cleobeautyskincare.com via email within 48 hours of receipt and must include photos of the problem and receipt or proof of purchase, so that we can Evaluate the problem and fix it. .
Please note that in order to initiate a return, after contacting us and receiving a response, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
